Because the Wilbur Cross Parkway is closed to buses, a New Haven or shoreline leg runs on I-91. Timing and seasonality

Legislative sessions run from January or February into spring or early summer and add weekday traffic around the Capitol. UConn basketball and hockey dates fill winter weekends at the XL Center, while Yard Goats baseball and Xfinity Theatre concerts define summer.
