Route Planner
List your pickup, stops, and final drop in order and assign a time budget to each stop. The tool totals stop time plus a fixed travel allowance per leg to show the hours to request; it does not calculate real driving distances or times. Share the finished list with the provider so the itinerary is confirmed in writing.

Route Planner questions
How do I plan a party bus route?
Start by listing your pickup location, all stops in order, and your final drop-off. Consider traffic patterns, venue parking, and time at each stop. Our route planner estimates total drive time.
How long should I allow between stops?
Allow 15-30 minutes of travel time between stops in urban areas and 30-60 minutes in suburban or rural areas. Account for traffic during peak hours.
Can the driver suggest a route?
Absolutely. Experienced party bus drivers know the best routes, parking spots, and venue access points. Share your stop list with the driver in advance for their input.
What if traffic makes us late?
Build 15-30 minutes of buffer into your total plan. Your driver will monitor traffic in real time and adjust. Flexible timing at your last stop helps absorb delays.
Can we change the route during the trip?
Yes, most operators allow route changes as long as you stay within your rental time and service area. Communicate changes to the driver as early as possible.
How many stops is too many?
For a 4-hour rental, 3-4 stops is ideal. More than 5 stops means you spend more time traveling than enjoying each venue. Quality over quantity makes for a better experience.

What our inquiry data shows
Aggregate, privacy-reviewed inquiry data. Inquiries are requests for information, not bookings or trips completed.
61% of all qualifying inquiries in our history were for a Saturday and another 20% for a Friday, which is why Saturday availability is the first thing worth confirming.

Inquiry volume in our history peaks in April, July, and August — the months when prom, graduation, and wedding planning overlap — so spring dates fill earliest.
