Since parents usually split the cost across families, ask for a total broken out line by line, with gratuity, fuel, and cleaning terms listed, so each share is exact. Safety, rules, and what to verify

No one under 21 may drink, anywhere, and state rules on possession by minors and on adults furnishing alcohol to minors differ in their details and penalties. Providers add their own prom rules on top, and many will end a trip on the spot if alcohol turns up. Ask for the written prom policy and read the state page under /locations.
