What our inquiry data shows

Aggregate, privacy-reviewed inquiry data. Inquiries are requests for information, not bookings or trips completed.

  • 61% of all qualifying inquiries in our history were for a Saturday and another 20% for a Friday, which is why Saturday availability is the first thing worth confirming.

    Network-wide inquiry dataJune 2023 – August 2026

  • Inquiry volume in our history peaks in April, July, and August — the months when prom, graduation, and wedding planning overlap — so spring dates fill earliest.

    Network-wide inquiry dataJune 2023 – August 2026

  • Across qualifying inquiries that stated a rental length, 71% asked for exactly 4 hours — the most common request by far — while 18% asked for 6 hours or more.

How this data is collected and reviewed

How to read the results

Poll data shows the spread of opinion. Here is how to keep it useful.

  1. Filter first

Narrow to the category or location that matches your trip so unrelated questions do not clutter the view.

  2. Read the vote count, not just the percentage

A 75% split on 12 votes is weak evidence. Larger counts reduce noise, but voluntary site votes never prove broad consensus.

  3. Compare carefully

Differences between categories can reflect who participated, question wording, or sample size rather than real differences between groups or markets.

What the data is telling you

No two trips are identical, but once enough visitors vote on the same questions, patterns around timing, group size, and amenity priorities start to show. A vote trend is still not a live quote, a written review, or a route-specific recommendation.

The best use of this page is calibration. If a topic shows a clear lean across enough votes, use it to pressure-test your assumptions, then compare that signal against actual vehicle fit, price, and route needs in the written quote.

Before you cite a result

  • Check the denominator

Read the vote count with the percentage. A large-looking split from a few votes is weak evidence.

  • Do not generalize

Site visitors are self-selected. Results do not establish the preferences of all customers, cities, or event types.

  • Separate opinion from fact

Amenity, duration, and tipping votes are preferences. They do not establish legal rules, market prices, safety standards, or availability.

  • Use trip-specific evidence

Confirm legal capacity, vehicle features, policies, route feasibility, and the written total with the actual provider.

  • Expect results to change

Percentages update as votes are recorded. Note the date and sample size if you cite a result.

  • Use polls as prompts

The best use is discovering what to ask your group or provider, not replacing a contract, quote, or local rule.

Results questions

How are the poll results calculated?

Results are calculated as a percentage of total votes per option. Each vote carries equal weight regardless of when it was cast. The bar charts and percentages update in real time as new votes come in from the community.

What does the "Most Voted" sort option show?

Sorting by "Most Voted" arranges polls from highest total vote count to lowest. This highlights the most popular and engaging questions in our community — the topics people care about most.

Can I still vote from the results page?

The results page shows all vote data with bars and percentages already visible. If you want to participate in voting before seeing the results, visit our main polls page where results are hidden until you cast your vote.

How often are new polls added?

New questions may be added as planning topics change. The page does not promise a publishing schedule; check the poll list for the questions currently available.

What insights can I draw from the poll data?

The results show only how site visitors voted on each question. They are not a representative survey, price benchmark, safety finding, or operator recommendation. Use them to generate questions, then verify trip-specific details independently.

Are poll results representative of all party bus riders?

No. These are voluntary votes from site visitors, not a probability sample of party bus customers. Sample size, repeat-participation controls, geography, respondent experience, and demographic coverage may limit what can be inferred.

Use polls to ask better questions

Then compare live availability, the exact vehicle, an itemized written total, and the provider contract for your trip.

No obligation. Written quotes from a reservation agent. Availability varies by date, vehicle, and provider.
