What our inquiry data shows

Aggregate, privacy-reviewed inquiry data. Inquiries are requests for information, not bookings or trips completed.

  • 61% of all qualifying inquiries in our history were for a Saturday and another 20% for a Friday, which is why Saturday availability is the first thing worth confirming.

  • The median wedding inquiry reached us about 104 days before the event; 9% arrived within two weeks of the event date and 54% more than 90 days out.

How this works, honestly

The parts of group transportation booking that are easy to get wrong, stated plainly.

How the service works

Find My Party Bus is a nationwide reservation service. You send one trip brief by form, phone, or chat; our agents quote it and, when you book, a transportation provider that serves your route supplies the vehicle and driver. We do not own vehicles, garages, or offices in any city, and provider coverage is confirmed per trip.

What a quote is, and is not

A quote is a current price for a specific itinerary, vehicle class, date, and passenger count. It is not a reservation, a credential check, or a promise that a particular vehicle is available. Availability varies by date, vehicle, and provider until a contract is signed.

Deposits and payment

Under the current reservation terms, a 50% deposit is typically due at booking with the balance before the trip, and full payment is typically required when the event is within 7 days of booking. The signed contract controls; confirm the schedule in writing.

What to verify before paying

Confirm the provider name and payment recipient, the exact assigned vehicle and its legal capacity, current operating authority and insurance, the itemized total, and the cancellation terms. Licensing and insurance requirements vary by state and trip type.

Vehicle images are representative examples, not photos of a vehicle assigned to your trip. Ask the provider for current photos of the exact vehicle before paying. Read the terms of service for the full reservation terms.

Event transportation questions

General guidance that applies across occasions. Each event guide answers occasion-specific questions.

What types of events can I rent a party bus for?

Possible uses include weddings, school events, birthdays, corporate trips, concerts, sports trips, tours, airport transfers, and multi-stop outings. Suitability depends on the passenger count, ages, route, vehicle, venue access, accessibility, provider policies, and applicable law.

How far in advance should I book a party bus for my event?

No fixed lead time guarantees availability or price. Request current availability as early as practical once the date, route, passenger count, schedule, and vehicle requirements are known.

Can I customize the party bus experience for my event type?

Customization depends on the provider and the assigned vehicle. Put decoration, audio, route, beverage, cleaning, setup, and removal requirements in writing and confirm any added charge or restriction before booking.

How many people can fit on a party bus?

Capacity is vehicle-specific. Confirm legal seated capacity, seat-belt availability, luggage room, accessibility, layout, and comfort for the assigned vehicle. Do not rely on generic size bands or a fixed seat buffer.

Can we make multiple stops during our event?

Multi-stop service depends on the provider, route, vehicle access, driver-hour constraints, and schedule. Share every address and wait period before accepting a quote, and confirm parking, loading, overtime, and itinerary-change terms in writing.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on the party bus?

Food, beverage, container, alcohol, passenger-age, conduct, cleaning, and trip-termination rules vary by jurisdiction and provider. Confirm the applicable law and every relevant written policy before bringing anything onboard.

Do I need to tip the party bus driver?

Gratuity practices vary. Check whether it is included, mandatory, optional, calculated on a particular subtotal, or added separately, and confirm accepted payment methods before booking.
