Then build the timeline: pickup, a dinner stop if you want one, arrival before doors or before the headliner, and a realistic post-show meeting time at a place the whole group can find without phone signal. Some providers treat the return after a release as a second movement, so ask how the quote handles the gap rather than assuming.
