By accessing and using Find My Party Bus (findmypartybus.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Find My Party Bus is a nationwide affiliate marketplace that connects customers with independent party bus, limousine, and coach bus operators. We facilitate quote requests and provide planning resources to help you compare options for group transportation. We may service bookings ourselves or through affiliated sister companies. We are not the sole transportation provider — we act as a facilitator between you and independent operators or affiliates who provide the actual transportation services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and truthful information when submitting quote requests; use the platform for lawful purposes only; not attempt to circumvent any security measures or automated protections; and not submit false, misleading, or spam submissions. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made between you and the transportation operator or affiliate who services your request. Find My Party Bus facilitates the connection but is not a party to the transportation contract unless we are directly servicing your booking. Payment terms, cancellation policies, refund procedures, and service agreements are between you and the operator who fulfills your reservation.

5. Affiliate and Operator Relationships

Transportation services arranged through our platform may be fulfilled by independent operators or affiliated sister companies. We make reasonable efforts to work with operators who maintain proper licensing, insurance, and DOT compliance, but we do not guarantee the performance, punctuality, safety record, or service quality of any operator. We recommend you independently verify operator credentials before confirming your booking. Any complaints, disputes, or claims about the transportation service itself must be directed to the operator or affiliate who provided the service, not to Find My Party Bus.

6. Limitation of Liability

Find My Party Bus provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: the use of our platform; the actions, omissions, or negligence of any operator or affiliate; any transportation services booked through or facilitated by our site; or any interruption or error in our website. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you have paid directly to Find My Party Bus.

7. TCPA Consent and Communications

By submitting a quote request and checking the required consent box, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive calls and text messages — including those sent via automated technology — from Find My Party Bus and its network of affiliated operators at the phone number you provided, regarding your quote request. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Marketing communications (promotional offers, event ideas, and similar messages) are sent only if you separately opt in via the optional marketing consent checkbox. You may opt out of all communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at info@findmypartybus.com. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on findmypartybus.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, interactive tools, and software — is the property of Find My Party Bus or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of our platform should first be addressed through good-faith direct communication with us at info@findmypartybus.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
