We facilitate quote requests and provide information to help you make informed booking decisions. We are not a transportation provider — we connect you with independent operators.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting quote requests, use the platform for lawful purposes only, not attempt to circumvent security measures, and not submit false or misleading information. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made directly between you and the party bus operator. Find My Party Bus facilitates connections but is not a party to the transportation contract. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and service agreements are between you and the operator.
5. Operator Verification
We make reasonable efforts to verify operators in our network for proper licensing, insurance, and DOT compliance. However, we do not guarantee the performance of any operator and recommend you independently verify credentials before booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
Find My Party Bus provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, actions of operators, or any transportation services booked through our site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on findmypartybus.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Find My Party Bus and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. TCPA Consent
By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Find My Party Bus and our network of operators at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
