Is there a charge to request a quote?

No charge is shown for browsing or submitting a request. Our compensation is arranged with the transportation providers we coordinate. The trip price is the itemized total in your signed contract; ask your agent to explain each line before paying a deposit.

How can I check the provider assigned to my trip?

Accepted Answer

Ask for the provider's legal name and USDOT number and look up the carrier record on FMCSA's SAFER Company Snapshot. Ask for current insurance evidence covering the assigned vehicle. State pages on this site link to the state regulator's lookup where an official one exists. We coordinate providers; we do not certify them.

Is a quote the same as a reservation?

Accepted Answer

No. A quote is pricing for a vehicle class on your itinerary if a provider confirms. The reservation exists when a provider confirms availability for your date, you sign the transportation contract, and the deposit is paid. Ask how long a quote is held; peak dates can fill quickly.

Question 7

How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?

Accepted Answer

Under the current reservation terms a 50% deposit is typical, with the balance due before the trip. When the event is within 7 days of booking, full payment at booking is typical. Your signed contract states the actual schedule, payment methods, and payee, and it controls.

How far ahead should I request availability?

Accepted Answer

As soon as the date, pickup, and headcount range are known. Earlier requests widen the choice of providers and vehicles on Saturdays and in prom, graduation, and holiday seasons. No lead time lowers the price or guarantees a vehicle; availability varies by date, vehicle, and provider.

Can I change the itinerary after booking?

Usually, subject to the provider's availability and the change terms in the contract. Extra stops, more hours, or a new date can change the price. Route changes through one point of contact in your group so the provider and driver work from a single confirmed itinerary.

What if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation terms are in the transportation contract and differ by provider. Many make deposits non-refundable inside a stated window, and some at any time; others offer a reschedule credit. Get the window and the refund rule in writing before paying. No refund outcome is promised on this site.

Can I book a one-way transfer instead of hours?

Accepted Answer

Some providers quote point-to-point transfers, such as a ceremony-to-reception ride or an airport run, without an hourly minimum; others quote hourly only. Ask for both structures on the same itinerary so you can compare them.

There is no nationwide rate. Providers price each trip from hours booked and the minimum for that day, the vehicle class, the date and season, distance and travel to reach you, and extras such as gratuity, fuel, tolls, parking, and cleaning terms. Requesting availability for your actual itinerary produces a real itemized number.

A provider commits a vehicle and driver to your group for the block, so it sets a floor that makes a Saturday-evening booking viable. Minimums are commonly longer on Friday and Saturday nights and in prom and graduation season, and shorter on weekdays and daytimes. If your trip is shorter than the minimum, you pay the minimum.

Whether gratuity is included, suggested, or discretionary; whether a fuel surcharge is fixed or variable; how travel or dead-head time is billed; whether tolls and parking are estimated or billed as actuals; what triggers a cleaning or damage charge; and the overtime rate and increment. Accepted Answer

For groups of roughly 8 to 14 who want standing headroom, an easier step-in, and luggage space. An executive Sprinter suits corporate and airport work; a limo-style Sprinter suits a small celebration; a stretch limousine wins on the formal arrival. Seat counts vary by build, so confirm the exact vehicle.

Do I need a full-size coach?

For long highway trips, large groups, luggage, or a restroom, yes. For short local loops and tight venue access, a mid-size shuttle is often the better fit. Coaches need coach-length loading zones; ask venues about access before you decide.

It depends on the state, the provider, the route, and whether every passenger is of legal drinking age. Many providers allow adults to bring drinks in cans or plastic and prohibit glass; nearly all prohibit alcohol when any minor is aboard.
