About Find My Party Bus

We are a reservation brokerage. You tell us the date, route, hours, and headcount; our agents check availability with independent transportation providers and coordinate the quote, contract, and deposit. The provider supplies the vehicle and driver.

How the service works

Group transportation is sold by hundreds of independent providers, each with its own vehicles, minimum-hour rules, and contract. Most people planning a wedding, prom, bachelor party, or corporate trip do not want to call a dozen of them. Find My Party Bus exists to do that coordination in one place.

A request reaches a reservation agent by phone, web form, or chat. The agent confirms the itinerary and headcount, checks availability with providers in or near the pickup area, and returns a written quote for a vehicle class. When you decide to proceed, the confirming provider’s transportation contract is issued for signature and the deposit is collected under the current reservation terms, which typically call for 50% at booking and the balance before the trip, or full payment when the event is within 7 days of booking. The signed contract controls.

Because we coordinate rather than operate, the vehicle that arrives belongs to the provider, the driver is the provider’s employee or contractor, and policies on alcohol, food, cleanup, overtime, and cancellation are the provider’s. Our job is to make those terms visible before you pay and to stay reachable if something needs to change.

Reservation agents take your request

Leads arrive by phone, form, and chat. An agent turns the date, route, hours, and headcount into a request that transportation providers can quote.

We check availability with independent providers

The vehicles belong to independent transportation providers in or near your pickup area. We coordinate the request; the provider that confirms supplies the vehicle and driver.

We coordinate the contract and deposit

A quote is not a reservation. The trip is reserved when a provider confirms, you sign the transportation contract, and the deposit is paid. Under the current reservation terms a 50% deposit is typical; the signed contract controls.

We tell you what we are not

We do not own a fleet, employ drivers, or operate local offices or garages in any market. Vehicle images on this site are representative renderings of vehicle classes, not photos of an assigned vehicle.

Your price depends on the date, the city, how many hours you need, the bus and your group size. These come from quotes we have actually sent: the low end up to the middle of the range. Busy Saturdays cost more, quiet weeknights less. Minimum hours, the drive to your pickup, tolls and gratuity all move the final number.

Reservation agents take trip requests by phone, form, and chat, check availability with independent transportation providers, and coordinate the quote, contract, and deposit. The provider that confirms your trip supplies the vehicle and driver.

Does Find My Party Bus own the buses?

No. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or operate local offices or garages in any market. Every trip is fulfilled by an independent transportation provider under that provider's contract. The vehicle images on this site are representative renderings of vehicle classes.

Is a quote from Find My Party Bus a reservation?

No. A quote shows what a vehicle class costs for your itinerary if a provider confirms. The reservation exists once a provider confirms availability for your date, you sign the transportation contract, and the deposit is paid. The how-booking-works guide walks through each step.

What does it cost to use the service?

There is no charge shown for browsing this site or submitting a request. Our compensation is arranged with transportation providers. The price you pay for the trip is the itemized total in your signed contract; ask your agent to explain every line before you pay a deposit.

How do you choose which providers to work with?

We coordinate independent providers and pass your requirements to them; we do not certify them. Before you sign, ask for the provider's legal name and USDOT number and check the carrier record on FMCSA's SAFER Company Snapshot, and ask for current insurance evidence for the vehicle assigned to your trip. State pages on this site link to state regulator lookups where an official one exists.

Where do you operate?

Requests are handled nationwide across the United States. The site publishes planning pages for all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and for cities with written content, but a page is not a promise that a provider is available on your date. Availability varies by date, vehicle, and provider and is confirmed per trip.
