Book the dinner reservation and the show first, then build the vehicle around them: pickup at one or two addresses, the restaurant, the destination, and home. Ask the restaurant and the venue where a bus or limo can stop. Downtown venues often have a rideshare or commercial drop-off zone and nowhere for a large vehicle to sit, so ask the company whether the driver waits nearby or gets released and returns at an agreed time. Late-night overtime is charged by the hour at the rate in your contract.
