That the hill is not friendly to a long vehicle. Lafayette sits on College Hill directly above downtown, up steep, narrow streets. Home football at Fisher Stadium runs September through November, and when Easton hosts the Lafayette–Lehigh game the Saturday before Thanksgiving, the hill and every hotel near it fill. The college controls its own roads and lots, so ask the athletic or event office for the group-vehicle entrance and where the driver can wait.

Depends what you are trading. ABE is about 15 miles west on US 22 with scheduled service, so the transfer is short and cheap. Newark Liberty is roughly 60 miles east on Interstate 78 with far more routes, but it costs you New Jersey tolls, an hour or more each way, and a busy airport curb at the end. Whichever you pick, put the airport, airline, flight, terminal, and bag count in the request so the quotes you get back are actually comparable.

Ask in your first message, before you have a quote. Accessible vehicles are a small slice of any local fleet and they need more lead time. Tell them how many passengers use a wheelchair or mobility device, the type and weight, whether anyone can transfer to a seat, and whether you need a lift or a ramp. Ask in writing how the device is secured, what the usable door and interior height are, and how much notice they need. Then check the accessible entrance and loading spot with each venue — State Theatre Center for the Arts and Crayola Experience set their own access rules, and the right bus is no help at a door it can't reach.
