Aggieville is a few blocks of bars and restaurants along Moro Street and Manhattan Avenue directly south of the Kansas State University campus, and on football Saturdays its streets fill with pedestrians hours before and after kickoff. Kansas City International Airport, MCI, is more than two hours east on I-70 but offers far more flights. Name the airport, airline, flight, bag count, and mobility needs so the provider prices the correct trip.

The City of Manhattan requires permits for special events, block parties, and demonstrations, and applicants submit a site plan showing barricades, stages, tents, vendors, and other operating features. Parks may also require the city permit for larger park events. Use that approved site plan to place group loading outside the operating area, and remember it does not cover K-State or Fort Riley property.
