  1. Overtime and Vehicle Changes

Overtime is billed hourly. Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Downgrades are not allowed.

  1. Taxes and Additional Fees

Sales tax may apply. Additional fees may be incurred for changes in the itinerary or rental details. Credit card processing fees may apply.

  1. Weather Policy

In severe weather conditions, non-refundable payments may be credited towards future bookings.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in specific circumstances, such as failure to provide service as agreed. Any credits issued are for future bookings only.
