1. Service Disclaimer

Find My Party Bus acts as a booking agent for transportation services provided by independent affiliate companies. We do not endorse or guarantee the services of any specific transportation provider. All bookings are subject to the affiliate provider’s terms and applicable local, state, and federal laws.

2. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding service quality or other issues must be resolved directly with the affiliate company providing the transportation. Find My Party Bus is not responsible for resolving third-party disputes.

3. Release of Liability

By using our services, you agree to release Find My Party Bus, its officers, employees, and agents from liability for any damages or claims related to affiliate services, including injury, loss, or dissatisfaction.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • No cancellations allowed unless we cannot secure a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, a full refund will be provided.

  • Find My Party Bus may request verification of your payment method to prevent fraud.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App. Credit/debit card payments are processed in a PCI-compliant environment for your protection.

5. Customer Conduct

By booking, you agree to the following:

  • No underage alcohol consumption (under 21)

  • No smoking in any vehicle

  • Cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes (e.g., vomit)

  • You are responsible for tolls, parking, and damage

  • Disorderly or illegal conduct may result in immediate termination of service with no refund

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items

  • Drug use is strictly prohibited

6. Overtime & Vehicle Availability

  • Overtime is billed in full hourly increments.

  • Upgrades may be offered if available; downgrades are not permitted.

7. Taxes & Fees

  • Sales tax may apply in certain states.

  • Additional charges may apply for route or location changes.

  • A credit card processing fee may apply.

8. Severe Weather Policy

If an affiliate cancels due to extreme weather, non-refundable payments will be credited toward a future reservation of equal or greater value.

9. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued if:

  • No vehicle is secured, or

  • The vehicle fails to arrive within one hour of your confirmed pickup time and no services are rendered.

Find My Party Bus is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

10. Service Quality

Refund requests related to service quality must be directed to the affiliate provider. We may offer credits for future bookings at our discretion.

11. Contractual Responsibility

By booking, you agree to all charges, including overtime, and accept responsibility for damages caused by your party. You are liable for the full minimum number of hours agreed upon.
